Introduction
My name is Larry Chandler, and my specialty is remodeling, repair and restoration. I don't particularly hold myself out for new construction. I enjoy post construction projects such as adding or replacing decks, finishing basements, adding doors and windows where desired, as well as custom trim work. I also perform repair services, with the exception of roofing. I have done electrical work all my life, and hold a diploma from Athens Tech in residential and commercial wiring. I work with many Real Estate Companies with repairs needed for closing on residences, and pride myself in being able to provide a number of references in that area. Let me show you what can be accomplished with your ideas and my expertise.

Background information
I was raised on the south side of Atlanta. I graduated from Forest Park Senior High School in 1966 and from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, MS, with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970. I obtained a diploma from Athens Tech in 1996 in residential and commercial wiring. Carol and I married in 1994 and bought a 40 acre cattle farm in Colbert, GA and enjoyed the opportunities it gave us. In November of 2000, we decided to move to the mountains. I enjoyed working with wood and electricity all my life, more as a sideline or hobby, until Carol convinced me to quit a good paying job at the Atlanta Airport to start a business of my own. I have never regretted it. It seems to fit into our lifestyle more, now that we have moved to the Enchanted Valley. We attend McConnell Memorial Baptist Church in Hiawassee, GA, and would love to have you as our guests sometime.
